Electrical Engineer II, R&D Manager, Product Manager, June 2008 – January 2013
Designed digital audio/video distribution instruments for professional applications, supervised hardware design and DQA teams (20 engineers), directed problem-solving in the prototype manufacturing process.
Collaborated with colleagues abroad in Marketing/Sales/Custom Services to propose innovative solutions for new business needs and challenges.
Accomplishments: developed tens of new products in fast pace, established the quality control teams and procedures. Improved the efficiency in coordination between R&D and factory which speeded up the trial to mass production process.
Skyworth Research Institute, Shenzhen, China
Electrical Engineer, August 2004 – May 2008
Designed LCD/CRT TVs: system-level design, schematic/PCB layout, prototyping, debugging, cost estimation, documentation.
Developed a profitable LCD TV as leading designer which made the company occupied small-size LCD TV market because of its high quality in display performance and excellent cost control strategy.
Developed high definition digital/analog dual-mode TV that was exhibited in China Content Broadcasting Network (CCBN), Beijing, 2005. I was honored with The Young Researcher Award according to this excellent work.
